Delivery
Standard Delivery at £3.99:
Typically delivery within 2 to 5 working days.
Express Delivery at £6.99:
Within 1 to 2 working days (Mon - Fri). For delivery Monday - Friday, order by 2:30pm Friday. Excludes Bank Holidays. Excludes Direct Despatch styles.
Direct dispatch:
Products dispatched directly from the manufacturer may take up to 7 days to arrive.
Returns
If you don’t love your order, it’s okay. Returning it is a breeze! Returns start from £2.99. Simply choose one of the options below.
Safe collections
Evri have got this down to a tee and you don’t even have to wait in for them. Simply choose a safe place to leave your parcel, like a porch or a shed, let them know and they’ll collect it from there.
If you don’t have a safe place, please let us know. We’ll arrange for Evri to collect your parcel from your front door.
Return refunds
To qualify for a refund, you must notify us of the goods you wish to return within 14 days from the receipt of your parcel. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all accessories and in the original packaging, including any free gift(s).
Any additional charges, such as Express Delivery, are non-refundable.
We aim to process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or (if earlier) once you provide sufficient proof of return. Refunds can take up to 14 days to appear on your statement or bank account.
